Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Returns/Refunds: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you may return it. Just drop us a note to let us know it's on its way! Items must be returned in its original condition - freshly laundered,  unscented and undamaged!  If these conditions do not apply items may not be returned.

Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. After the allotted time frame all sales are final. Please mail items back with insurance -just in case it gets lost or damaged in the mail. * Please note shipping cost is not refundable.

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 8.375% will be charged to all orders shipped within New York state. Sorry ladies Uncle Sam made us do it!

Shipping:
All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance & delivery confirmation. If you prefer Express Mail or other forms of payment just drop us a note & RetroJane will gladly accommodate you. Shipping rates are calculated by your order total, and are as follows:

Size & Condition
If you are in awe about what size you wear, don't worry help is on the way! The truth is, there is no true industry standard size when it comes down to clothing, especially vintage clothing. 

Before the 1960's many designers did not put labels on their clothing & those that did are not comparable to today's modern sizes. Therefore making it possible for a 1960's size 8 dress fit a modern day 2000 size 6 or even a size 4 women (yes ladies it's true, I can attest to this myself!)

Therefore, RetroJane will try to give accurate measurements. Accurate meaning as close as possible to the actual size. If the size label is available then it will be posted. I will make every effort to give as much info as possible about the item. If you need additional info feel free to drop us a note.
