yellow pouch with flower

is it a clutch or is it a makeup bag?

this pouch is very playful! it is two shades of yellow with a youthful flower! it measures 8' inches long, 4 1/2'  inches long and has a 1 1/2' inch depth along the side & bottom.

it's made of vinyl material.

 *there are 2 red pen marks on the bottom that are noticable. but it doesn't take away from the bag!
